A few months ago I was coerced (not really but I have to explain my bank statement somehow…) by various YouTubers I watch namely Jaclyn Hill, Tati / GlamLifeGuru, and Danna Ann to buy some Makeup Geek eye-shadows. And…. I’m Obsessed!!! They are sooo good, I just can’t get enough! I will be doing a review in the coming week so stay tuned. But as a teaser I’ve created this eye look for you.
Applied Prom Night all over eyelid using Sigma E20; Drama Queen blended in outer corner with e.l.f. Studio Contour Brush; Crème Brulee blended in crease with Sigma E35; Corrupt used as liner on upper lid using Sigma E15; Prom Night and Drama Queen mixed and used together on lower lash line with a clean E15; Ring Finger as a tool Shimma Shimma used as highlight on inner corner; line tightline with Lord and Berry #1001 Black Silk Kajal Kohl-liner. Applied two coats of Mary Kay Ultimate Mascara in Black/Brown to upper lashes and one coat to lower lashes. Filled in brows with the e.l.f. Studio Eyebrow Kit in Light. ** All Shadows used can be bought individually or in the Makeup Geek Starter Kit and Z-Palette Bundle **
The rest of my face.. Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Full Coverage Foundation in Ivory mixed with Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse in Classic Ivory 2 applied with a damp Beauty Blender. Dusted face with Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in Transparent 001 with Sigma F30. Used Tarte Hotel Heiress (this seems to be discontinued as I can’t find it! 😦 ) as bronzer and light contour; applied with Sigma F35 and blended out with e.l.f. Studio Powder Brush. Used e.l.f Studio Blush Brush to apply Coastal Scents Forever Blush in Elegant. On the lips is Avon Extra Lasting Lipstick in Forever Red (which is really pink… Review on that upcoming)
